Mr. Tirupathi Reddy began his journey in the pharmaceutical field as an executive in his relative’s medical shop, where he developed the skills to run a retail pharmacy. During this time, he witnessed countless people struggling to afford life-saving and costly medicines, especially in emergencies, due to financial limitations. Unable to offer discounts or lower the cost of the medicines in his capacity as an employee, he felt deeply constrained. After four years of experience, he and his brother, who shared his passion for making medicines affordable, decided to establish their own pharmacy in a small rented space. With a strong focus on customer-centric service, ethical practices, and providing the best possible discounts, they ensured the availability of commonly used and specialty medicines, even though it was financially non-viable. Over time, their unwavering commitment led to the establishment of 25+ branches. Their growth gained momentum with the association of Dr. Tirumala Reddy, a visionary leader, and Dr. Aruna, a renowned diabetologist, who together fueled the ambition to scale further. This dynamic partnership resulted in the opening of four new branches this year and set the stage for the addition of 20 more branches in the coming 3-4 years, solidifying their mission to provide affordable, quality pharma care.
